Drafts for Poster:

The poster above has alot of potential in my opinion, the simplicity of it should make it stick in the demographics head and stand out when next to other film posters. Also the simplicity of the shot should make the process of taking it easy which I feel should let me get a higher quality finish to the product.

The poster above has pros and cons, i feel the image is striking, however it is very conventional to have a shot like this for a horror poster, this is not the genre my film fits into thus it may not be the best design for me to use.

Above is my third and final design for my poster, this design is the most abstract of the three, I think it is a powerful design, however it is also misleading as to what the story line of the short film is about.

Drafts for double page spread:

The design above was supposed to create depth upon the page, by having the title of the film in the centre of the page it allows the image to lie back on the page and not be as prominent as the text. The image itself will be a dark shot of the protagonist during the time she is changing into the older character, this will not be a pretty shot but should attract my target audience.

The double page spread above focuses upon using a high contrast of black and white to attract the audience, this will make the article stand out to the readers.

This double page spread will use the conventional tool of using a still shot from the short film, by doing this the readers will be able to get a feel for the film in a way that they would not otherwise get from a photoshoot picture.

SCENE 2- GIRL ENTERS ROOM OC2- YC1- OC2- YC1- OC2- YC1- OC2- YC1-	Sat in chair staring at the window on the opposite side of the room to her. Enters room, see’s woman in chair. Sudden jolt of fright. Tries to exit but door is locked shut now. Turns, holds a moment then moves forward towards the woman. Holds the stare Walks towards center of room Begins to shake slightly, continues to stare through girl. Leans into the woman, almost breaking personal space. Eye line changes, moves from looking past girl to staring directly into her eyes. Steps back from woman, turns around, and sees window, stares in confusion, similar to woman’s facial expression. (forward over shoulder shot with a pull focus to see both faces)	Hello? Who are you, please help me, I, I don’t know where I am. Indefinable mumbling Are you ok? *slightly agitated tone*   listen I don’t know what this, but please I’m scared and confused, how do I get out of here? *Whisper, barely understandable* the window.
SCENE 3- DISCOVERING THE CURTAIN (BUILD UP) YC1- OC2- YC1- OC2- OC2-	Gradually moves towards the curtain, then turns back to woman. Staring back at the window again. Moves to curtain, hands shaking grabs hold of both side of curtain and opens quickly. Steps back in amazement and shock, looks up, holds glare, looks back down again directly into camera (window) Quickly spins and shouts Shacking uncontrollably Jumps out of chair towards girl.	W-Whats behind the curtain? silence What kind of sick joke is this?! Mumbling again. Sharp breath.
SCENE 4- CLIMAX OC2- YC1-	Standing infront of YC1 (who has her back to the window) Grabs hold of YC1 and said with a soft, calm tone Pushes YC1 through window Falls back through window.	Im sorry but its our only way out. You’ll forgive us one day.
*AGING MONTAGE*
YC1-	Now a slightly aged version of the younger character, sat in the exact same position as OC2, showing how eventually the younger character will become the older one and the entire situation will repeat.	Heavy breathing
