In order to create an exaggerated depth of field and pull focus I used the lasso crop tool to separate the front figure from the image, I then used a motion blur effect to change the texture of the back layer, this created greater depth thus forcing the viewer's eye to look to my main character first. Connotating to them who the focus for this short film is and thus intriguing into reading what this short film is about.
